How to play I Can Smell You from Here
Read, choose, and keep track of the story you tell. These controls come from the developer’s current listing.
Getting started
Open the player and begin the date. This visual novel progresses through dialogue and choices. Read the content warnings before starting, then click inside the game to give it keyboard focus.
Controls
Enter, Space, or left mouse advances dialogue. Arrow keys or the scroll wheel navigate choices. Hold Enter, Space, or left mouse to confirm a dialogue choice; non-dialogue choices use a press of the same controls. Hold for three seconds to fast-forward until the next choice. Scroll to review recent dialogue; Tab opens options.
Reviewing dialogue
The v1.1.1 developer notes say dialogue review reaches back to the previous save point or choice. Reviewing your recent answers can help you remember the account you have given so far.
Playing on a phone
The developer provides an Android port and recommends the official APK when a phone browser cannot run the game. An iOS release is not listed on the source page.
